Schedule of Fees

All rentals are subject to a $500 security deposit, refundable per the terms described in the Rental Agreement.  In addition, all rentals will have a Facility Attendant present during the rental period, at a charge of $18 per hour.

 

PRIVATE PARTIES and COMMERICAL EVENTS:

Saturday nights:

                  $2,000 six hour block, 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm

                  Extra hours @ $100/hour                   

Friday, Sunday, Monday nights:

                  $900 six hour block, 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm

                  Extra hours @ $50/hour

Day use, when available (ends at 4:00 pm, does not include use of kitchen):

         $100 per hour, two hour minimum      

NON-PROFIT and PRIVATE YOUTH EVENTS:

Saturday nights:

                  $1,000 six hour block, 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm

                  Extra hours @ $50/hour                  

Friday, Sunday, Monday nights:

                  $500 six hour block, 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm

                  Extra hours @ $25/hour 

Day use, when available (ends at 4:00 pm, does not include use of kitchen):

         $50 per hour, two hour minimum

UPSTAIRS CONFERENCE ROOM:

            $25 per hour, two hour minimum 

KITCHEN:

            $50 per hour, two hour minimum 

NON-PROFIT YOUTH ORGANIZATIONS:

No charge for non-profit youth organizations located in the greater Mill Valley community in accordance with a signed Usage & Rental Agreement for Non Profit Youth Groups.  Otherwise, above Private Youth Event rates apply.

 Rental hours must include all time needed for decorating, set up, and clean up.  If RENTER requests early delivery or late pickup of equipment, there will be an additional charge at the indicated hourly rate.  Checks to be made payable to Mill Valley Scout Hall.
